LOVE AND OTHER DRUGS

Wow what a odd mix of Comedy and Romance. But great casting Anne Hathaway and Jake Gyllenhaal were a good match. This film was 96 Jerry Maguire meets a bio pic of The rise of Viagra. No i'm serious the film was about this guy Jamie who basically is a loser and he starts working in the pharmaceutical business he's not that bad at it either. But he's a ladies man the type of guy that manage his I love you's and always fuck for a buck. But he meets his match Maggie played by Anne who is the same type of person but has parkinson disease. So she she has a bundle of issues. We laugh with some great supporting roles but the director managed to really tell the real life issues we go through in a relationship and how sometimes little things could become bigger problems. I think the film was dragged out a bit too much it was 2hrs long come on now maybe 1hr and 38min is better. But both are stunning stunning for film beautifully photographed through the film. It had a pretty annoying soundtrack too but one song was good. I think that it was boldly sexual and I liked it for that because both actors weren't fake about it. I didn't expect it I expected the many cuts the studio would make in a film with two popular actors. I think that Jake is a great actor not outstanding but that's why he gets the films he get but its sad because it's not room for mediocre anymore. Anne stick to Rachel Getting Married Films please.
